Default JAE 2008 28 - 31 August

Not sure which Area Rep this would fall under, but if they want to take it on I'm happy to take a back seat as I can not make the meeting.

Prior to JAE there will be a pre-event meeting on site, as we have done for previous years. The 2008 pre-event meeting will take place on Saturday 29 March at 11am. If you can't get along yourself, please send a representative. This is a chance for you to hear first hand what we are doing at JAE, the plans for the event and also, this will be the first time you get to see the site layout and you can RESERVE YOUR PLOT. So well worth the trip, as well as a chance to meet fellow reps. if you need directions these are on the JAE Forum site: Pre-event Meeting - JAE Forums

Rules regulations and prices can be found on the link below -

just looking at the camping,it looks like £20 for a camping area next to our club stand, sounds very reasonable, just as long as its not per tent.
Clive i think it would be best for you to continue to organise this event, may be a bit short notice for someone else to take over so soon, plus you have done fantastic for the last few years, should we start a list of people who are interested as tickets need to be booked and paid for in advance to get them at a discounted price.

Not worried about running with this, just did not want a rep saying oi! that's my area.

It is the weekend after Earls Barton and not that far away. For those who intend going to both let's see if we can leave on the Tuesday morning, find a site for in between days and go straight there?

More from JAE

The pre-event meeting is planned for 11am on Saturday 29 March. This is not compulsory but you may want to send a representative to have a look arond and ask us questions directly. In addition, anyone that has completed a Club Stand Reservation form can let us know where (roughyl) they would like their stand and we can start to plot out the event. Reserved camping can also be booked at this time.

As well as having reserved camping areas adjacent to club pitches we now have a quiet camping area 120m x 70m. This will have a 'soft curfew' and is ideal for groups that want to get away from the noise or groups with families. This space can be reserved as well as areas adjacent to your club pitch, in 20m x 20m blocks.

See you at JAE!!!!

Do we have someone who could go to the meeting?

Who is coming and who is camping?

Do we need the family area camping?
