Default Agenda For The Spring Meet

AGENDA

For rough times only as weather etc may alter times.

All day - Welly wanging competition (own welly not necessary)
Paper Bling and Colouring Competition (kids) (please bring your own pencils etc)
10.30am - Egg hunt (kids)(meet at Kirstens tent)
2pm - kid's judging buses (meet at Caders caravan)
4.30pm - BBQ will be lit. (courtesy of TEOC)
7.30pm - Fancy dress and Junior Awards (in marquee)
8pm - Quiz (in marquee) 50p per person
(max. 6 people to a team, monies to winning team)
8.30pm - Kirstens Treasure Island (in marquee)
9pm - Bling off and light show
followed by Award Ceremony (in Marquee)where prizes & certificates will be awarded.


Afterwards alcohol abuse and lots of merryment

I had my work cut out last year trying to make the Midlands meet....The Haunted Hall......as good as the first Midlands meet....Bromsgrove......that Adrian did....

Any reps following in years to come for the Midlands are really going to have to go some to match this one......
