Default Radio Wire Harness Pin out

Hi all,
Been on here a month or so, very interesting and plenty of good reads. I am looking for a little help with updating my radio. Mine has the TV/Radio fitted but i want to upgrade it to a newer Toyota SAT Nav unit. one problem is the facia and looking at it i believe i may have to modify the original as the newer ones are wider. The other is the wiring for the reversing camera. as Toyota changed their wire harness connectors about 5 years ago I need to change mine to fit the new unit. connectors are no problem but i don't have the pin outs. Can anyone help with this?
most grateful
Pete

hi again, it's an early '97.. facelift, I had the old unit out tonight and i am pretty sure the connections are the same as the earlier Corolla Sat Nav units but after googling for the w/h diagrams i can't find anything about the reverse camera!!

the only thing i can think is that th camera would have it`s own seperate "plug in" point

i removed one of theses from my Estima..

as you can see in the bottom pic the extras (sat nav, camera,cd changer) would have it`s own plug & original wiring....
