all i did was get two test probes and put them on my psu.
whacked the psu up to 40v@2a and put the probes in clean water and it bubbled like hell.. i was well impressed..

id deffo make one cos it looks simple enough for eben me to do if i could get hold of the quality of stainless but i dont think i can.
Now try it with lemon juice or bicarb in the water as acid or alkali water cracks even better than the normal stuff apparently ,I Ain't got no test kit yet to do it myself.

Pm clint he has built a system so should have a good idea on materials, if its just stainless steel tube there is plenty in varying lengths and widths.
been looking into this too but it's what to use for the main tank that is having me look around.

Hi everyone i'm a new member and would like to say how effective these things are i've started building them and although my original one was similar to the one in the pics i've now gone down the route of using stainless wire arranged in coils. However although initially i was getting around a 30% increase in mpg (diesel) the more i tweak the unit to produce more gas the mpg is dropping, i know that in modern petrol engines the oxygen sensor is detrimental to the effectiveness of the HHO generator because it records a weak mixture due to the nature of the gas creating a more complete burn consequently instructing the ecu to deliver more fuel, does anyone know of some sort of similar set up in the diesel Lucida that would have the same effect.
By the way if anyone is thinking about buying a Pulse Width Modulator to enhance gas production, beware, make sure you buy a unit with a high frequency range i recently bought one working up to 400Hz and it was ineffective, the original set up was apparently working between 8KHz and 260Khz some 8,000 Hz and 26,000Hz quite a difference, maybe i was doing something wrong any hints and tips greatly appreciated.
Also tap water is ok, i use water straight from the tap with just a small amount of bicarb' of soda, but be careful if you use too much bicarb' it will run too hot, blow your fuses and melt your wires.
Best wishes all Rob

Hi Theshiningone and . Thanks for the info on the PWM. I plan to build one when I get home from my holls. For now I'm running my mark3 unit with 6 6x4 plates but the output is a bit on the low side. Not a clue as to the mpg as the trip down here was with the caravan on the back and the fan coupling i use for towing has 26000 cst instead of 3000 cst silicon oil in it. Your not kidding about the amps if you od the catalyst. Fried my fuse and relay in no time.

Hi. All the info ou need is on youtube. Every time i look there more of it. I've only done the plate type so far and there just connected +-+-+-, no dead plates. As for photos. I've not a clue how to post pics from my mobile but would be more than happy to mms them to someones mobile and they could post them.
