| This thread has some photo's from my twin tank setup. SVO, WVO, UVO, Twin Tanks.....? Great to see you went with a twin tank system in the end Pack Horse. I would look to source a heat exchanger and if you want I can provide you with a plumbing layout similar to mine. | ||||||||

I actually didn't buy this solenoid it was a buddies who was taken it off his Padjero as he's selling it. It cost new £60+/-. Of course there are automatic systems as in SVO, WVO, UVO, Twin Tanks.....? but then the cost rises, but if the cash was there then I would seriously consider having one. My system relies on memory to turn the svo on and the diesel on of a night, and that aint good with my memory !! I'm looking at a warning system, home-brew stuff, that will remind me to turn off the diesel after 5+ mins and another reminder to turn the diesel on when I stop, but I am still working on that and I am sure it wont be too difficult..... famous last words !!

| The smartveg system uses tecalemite fuel valves which I think are fitted to some Jaguar cars with twin fuel tanks. The smartveg is a very good system with everything being automated. However as Pack Horse has said, it is expensive to buy. His setup does the same, just requires human control. | ||||||||

Wired in such a way that when it is running the engine to cool turbo, it operates the solenoid to switch back on to diesel. Should be easy enough to set up.
