Default Is prevention better than cure?

So now I have my filtered WVO, I've used 70 litres so far first lot at 10% petrol and the second at 5% petrol. The Van seems more than happy (almost as happy as me having saved over £70 already!) I suppose this is a good time of year to start venturing down the veggy route.

It seems that running high % veg blends will sooner or later cause the pump to leak, is this right?

My bus is one of Mark Allens with 57K miles on the clock, I bought it purely for it's ability to run on veg (although I now rather like it) and I want it to run on veg for as long as possible, at least for the next 100K.

So...

Should I just carry on and sort out any pump leaks as they occur, although I'm not keen on the idea of taking the pump apart myself.

Or should I fit a simple 2 tank system now?

What do you think?
