Estima Owners Club photo posting policy

By uploading photographs to this forum, you grant the Toyota Estima Owners Club the right to use your photographs in any medium. This will be limited to use on the Club Forum and TEOC Members Publications.

All photographs uploaded to the forum are deemed to be in the public domain, as such they are downloadable by the general public as well as forum users.

You are not permitted to upload, or link via a 3rd party site, photographs of minors under the age of 18 without the express prior permission of their parent or guardian. A minor under the age of 18 is not permitted to upload a photograph of themselves without the written permission of their parent or guardian to the webmaster.

You understand and agree that by attending any club event - where the public has general access - you or your property may appear in images which other members post on the site and which therefore can be viewed and downloaded by the general public.

You are not permitted to photograph a minor under the age of 18 at any club event without the express permission of their parent or guardian.
