re blacklisted to the forum

yes it was me that was having problems i get it 3 or 4 times a day on this site

"You have been denied access to this forum. The reason is that you are visiting us from a place that has been blacklisted as an Open Proxy. You have to fix this, and return."

i just reboot my router and that seems to work for a while.dont know whats causing it and i have no open proxies or ports
