I think my Esti is a 2 wheel drive but is there any way of telling without getting under it to look for sure? Are there extra gears/ gearlevers etc ?

Drive round a corner fast in the wet, see how far you drift. If the back of the bus ends up in front of you its a 2wd

HI , sorry i havent got back before now (wife won:t let me have go) ours is a 4 w.d .at 50 mph its doing 2200rpm the speedo is 2mph out at 40 its doing 38 the o/d comes in at 46/48mph hope this helps carl

At 50mph it's revving at a smidgen over 2000 - could it be 4wd ?

I have 2 wheel drive 2100 at 50 mph 2800 at 70 mph do not go to 70 much it is mostly local colnic

same here 2800rpm = 70mph (2wd)

HI, HOSS, the easiest way to find out lift pass seat as if you are going to dip oil look at starter motor, if theirs a prop shaft right under it then you have a 4wd you carnt miss it the center bearing for the shaft bolts to the starter

Mine is 2WD, manual transmission.

It does 21MPH per 1000 RPM, so 50 MPH is 2380 RPM and 70 is 3333 RPM
