|  Saggy Trousers It's been in the news today about a US ban of youths waring their trousers with the crutch by the knees and the cracks showing. Should this sort of ban be introduced here?

It's a display by the hard core of their toughness by wearing their trousers like this -to show that their belts have been removed by the authorities so that they can't be used as weapons or ......something similar? | ||||||||
