|  Flat copper one same as oil sump plug. I just re-used the old one, as I have with the oil sump never had a leak yet, famous last words! | ||||||||

| Best thing to do with a 'solid' copper washer is to heat it to cherry red on the gas-stove then drop it in a pan of cold water. But watch the missus doesn't see you, and mind your fingers!  | ||||||||
