Default Fan belt and engine noise...

At the weekend, Toby's fan belt was tightened up, and Glyn finished it off today....

I've just been a ride round and the difference is amazing....

All the ticking noise has gone, and the silly 'shwee shwee' noises of the fan belt have gone too....

It sounds like there's a new engine in there....it's brilliant...

So quiet.....just like when he is purring down a motorway....

And there was you talking of getting rid!

Did Glyn get his starter sorted?

He was going to remove it and let me know the numbers to see if I had a spare.

He's not had chance yet Clive, and I've been using Wallace while Toby has been laid up.

He's picking up a Vito tomorrow, to do a specialist job in....so he might be taken up with cleaning and getting that sign written.

Wallace might just be on the end of his list....but I'll remind him...

Thanks Clive..

Belts make a huge difference.

Mine sounded like the AC bearing had broken up. 2 New belts later silence.

Claim to fame - first in the UK to buy a set of genuine Toyota belts according to the Toyota Database.
