Hello all
I've got a Liteace 2.2 diesel import 1996..

Have been having starting issues with her ...Last week I changed the battery terminals because I was told they were loose. Put a freshly charged battery on turned the key the lights on the dash came on .. then went out ... now absolutely nothing. After reading through Ace Answers I eventually found out how to check the fuses found the ones under the driver seat and discovered that the 120amp (Alt) fuse was covered in black tape ..so i picked it off .. couldnt help myself it disintegrated in my hand so took the fuse box off the mount and tried to undo the screws ... they wont undo .. any suggestions as to A) get the screws off B) Where to get a new fuse from and C) could this be the cause of my Lil to not start.

Regards
Dee

Hi LiteaceLil Welcome to the Forum,

1, As to removing the screw's I could not answer you on that question as I dont know anything about these car's (own a Lucida)
2, Most motor factors hold these fuse's now well more so than before so it should not be an issue isf it is then Toyota should still stock them,
3, I think it safe to say "Yes" it could be the problem
