As you can just make out in this pic the + is on the battery but the - is conected around the bonnet latch area....

You love that pic dont you mate!!!

Just invested in a decent power pack.......as I tend to leave the lights on etc.

£99 from Halfrauds but more importantly it has a 40 Ah internal battery unlike 99% of the others in the market (20 Ah or less)

Glad you're getting it sorted tho

After topping up with water, it would be worth buying some batt aid from your local spares shop. add one to each cell before charging. Remember to left the cell lids loose so the gases can escape well charging. Also, once charged leave the batt to stand for about 20 mins before putting back in the bus. I blew the hell out of 2 on my lorry, my clothes feel to bits and rooted the floor of the body.

Good luck

Was going to go to Beckton Monday, but the battery was almost dead AGAIN ....
Didn't even bother trying to start as soon as I saw the clock a bit dim, called Big Al who came over with his charger. About an hour later got the van started.
Went to Beckton to get Kevin's x-mas present and bought myself a battery charger for £15

*hugs*

I thought as much, but I can't afford a battery yet
Road tax is due this month, and right now I don't even know if I can pay for that
Might ask for a battery for my birthday, if I got road tax LOL
