if the transmission pipes are not leaking,
it will be the torque converter possibly leaking from one of the welds

Usually if the rear seal is leaking it takes a while for the the oil to really impregnate the clutch and you would have noticed an oil leak long before the clutch problem showed up. the usual symptoms of oil on the clutch is it shudders when taking of. They usually don't slip if they are in good condition, even with the oil on it. But it could exasperate the problem of slipping if the clutch is worn. Don't just replace the clutch plate if you do you will get problems . Take the fly wheel of and have it skimmed you will properly See a blue tinge on the wheel plus minute cracks. Also replace the pilot bush in the flywheel. Not Shaw if that's what you call them over there, its the little brass bush in the centre of the flywheel. If you do that your self soak the new one in some oil for a day or two. to get the old one out, again if you are doing it your self, find a peace of dowel that is a good fit but not tight pack the old bush with a good thick grease place dowel on top and belt it with a heavy hammer protect your eyes. Grease will usually pop old one out

OK, we'll let you off!

Incidentally, virtually all the manual transmission Estimas that I've come across have had some clutch judder when first driving off in the morning, which soon stops. It's not oil, it's just the "agricultural" nature of the transmission system!

Have you been able to top up the transmission fluid yet and if so has it made any difference?

To check the level:
With the engine running, put it in and out of Drive several times and then back into Park. Remove the dipstick and wipe clean and then dip it again and recheck the level (while the engine is still running).
