Default estima won,t start!

I ve just changed some leaking injector pump o rings on my 92 Estima and now it won't start. I ve changed all the glow plugs as two were u/s but its made no differance, there's fuel at the injectors but it just kicks on one or two cylinders when you turn it over. I changed the o ring in situ, so I have' nt changed the timing. Has anyone got any ideas?

Is everything torqued down firm as any air getting in can cause problems.
also fully charge your battery and have a friend with heavy duty jumpleads jumpstart you as the extra power might just get you going. Mine was a bit of a pig to re-start after doing my injectors last week but after an overnight battery charge the bus pulled the fuel through great.....Owen.

As above, air lock, prime, prime and prime again.

Any smoke out the back?

Have tried priming pump several times to make sure theres no air in system, I even rechecked the o rings that I fitted, to make sure I ve assembled the fuel pump correctly. I ve been using 95% SVO for about two months now, is it possable for the fuel mixture to be to viscous to spray out of the injectors? Theres no smoke out of the back when you turn it over. HELP! (my wifes giving me grief as we live out in the sticks and we need to get to the supermarket.)
