Those that i receive before this date will be sent to Event organisers , i think you will all agree this is giving plenty of time since it was announced to get your returns in . Any received after this date will be forwarded in the new year , but there is no telling if campspace will be available , if you are planning a day visit , you have no need to return forms as you will be paying on the entrance gate

Remember if you want a picture put into the programme you must send me a picture with you form or p.m. me a snap.

Anyone interested in attending this event please add your name to the Maim Event Post, then

Right click on form "Save Picture As"

Then

Find were you saved it ,usually it goes to "My Pictures"

Then Print


All Returns are to be sent to me , NOT the address on top of form.
All returns are to be in my possession no later than Friday 28th Nov this will be for the package of returns.

After Friday 28th Nov another list will be started for thoughs who change there minds and for any new members who wish to attend there first meet .

Food & Drink Galore. Local produce and continental markets with chefs preparing healthy meals on a budget. Real ales, cider and wine. All in large marquees so no matter the weather a good time can be had. Arena displays and exhibitions. Outdoor trade stalls and funfair including bouncy castles. Vintage vehicles from Steam to the very new. Sat to Mon 23rd, 24th & 25th May 2009. Come along and have a good time.

If you want to do a day visit the prices are, Adults £5, Oaps & Children £3 and a Family ticket only £13 (2+2). Open from 10:00am until 6:00pm everyday.
