You may have noticed we have a new item in the blue navigation bar above the forum called 'HelpCenter', this is a new area that will raise a 'support ticket' with Administrators to enable us to help you with any problems you are experiencing with the forum.
This can provide a quicker way to get issues resolved and allows a follow up to be done.
We hope you will find this new function helpful along with the standard 'Hey Admin' area.
