Site offline?

I am not moaning here but has anyone else noticed the site going offline (As in timing out) This seems to be happening intermittently but regualry.
This happend a lot on another site and they found some of the load was caused by the ammount of PM's people were holding. I'm not saying that's the case here, juat a thought.

Yes we are looking at resolving the problem, in the early stages at the moment, but we hope to have an altogether better performance in the near future.
