My membership

I am a member but I am being denied access to members area. Is there a problem , do I owe you money, nobody has told me my subscription needs renewing.

Did you pay to be a Full Member, if so when so the Membership Secretary can search his database?

I paid on the old site. I wasnt asked for any money when you changed over. I was allocated a new members name, for some reason I wasnt allowed to keep my old one. As for dates, I dont know. What do I do next.
