Got mine also.

I take it we are just camping i.e. the last option?

Are we going to hire a portaloo?

I could scan the application in and forward it to whoever has not got one if that helps.

If we are in the field again this year it might be handy for those who wouldn't make it to the on site ones in the middle of the night.
There were a couple of portaloos at the end of the camping area but if I remember rightly they disappeared overnight
On the display field there was a portacabin toilet near the camping area as well.

If we had camping alongside exhibit we might be left with hardly any room to pitch so the field might be the best option

all those that went to Earls Barton this year would have received your christmas card with next years entry forms.
so who`s going to be the central co-ordinator for the meet,Ang did it last year, applying for forms posting them out ,collecting them and sending them on,so question who does it 08 Ang do you want to do it .
To all you out there check out 07 Earls Barton meet ,if you fancy going in the new year a list will be started to collect numbers ,as we have to give numbers for those who are staying over the weekend.
Where `s Earls Barton
Junction 15 M1 ,just a few miles past Billing Aqua Drome.
