Coke is very good at cleaning dirty stuff, try putting a old coin in it for a bit and see how shiney it comes out!

I was told that if you leave a 1p coin in coke for a year that it would disolve, well it doesnt.

After an hour the coin was spotless but after 2 years in a bottle of coke at work we found that the coin was still there.

If i remember right, coke is slightly acidic (prob wrong, been a while since Chemistry at school!), not heard the one about it dissolving tho!
