If you believe that any information held by us is incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, then you must write without delay to our Membership Secretary, highlighting the corrective action to be taken. If any information is found to be incorrect, it shall be corrected promptly. ACCESS REQUESTS Under the Data Protection Act 1998, current and previous members, about whom the Toyota Estima Owners Club may be holding personal data, have the right to access the data that is being held about them. Any person may exercise this right, known as a Subject Access Request, by submitting a request to the Membership Secretary. Please note that it is the Toyota Estima Owners Clubs policy to make a charge of £10 for each official Subject Access Request made under the Act. The Club aims to comply with requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible, and will ensure that information is provided within 21 days unless there is good reason for delay. If you wish to access your personal data, please contact the membership secretary via electronic mail at membership.teoc@googlemail.com You will then receive a Subject Access Request Form, along with a request for the £10 fee. Once you have returned the form and fee, the Club will provide the relevant information as quickly as possible. Please be aware that the 21 day deadline period does not commence until the form and payment have been submitted.
