hi can somebody pls look at my account fees. my subscription ran out 2 days ago and i got an email saying it would renew automatically but on the site forum page it told me no automatic renewing would take place. so lastnight i renewed manually after noticing that it didnt automatically renew my subscription, paid via paypal and thought that would be it. i have just noticed a email sent this morning saying that i have been refunded £5 for discounted membership from robin and another email straight after saying that my subscription to teoc has failed. i have now checked my paypal account and it says that i sent £20 and the status is completed but only recieved £5 refund which also shows up as status completed and something called a tempory hold which is also for £5 which i think is to do with the refund.
it also shows up on the teoc joining page that my subs have failed and gives me options for rejoining. i should have the funds in my account for this so can someone let me know asap incase theres a serious problem going on with my funds. cheers carl

we are trying to stop the auto renewals because some people forget to cancel them, and are no longer members, your payment has gone through, but you have recieved a £5 refund for your loyalty to the club for renewing, theres nothing to worry about ,i just need to update it manually asap or first time i am online after your renewal.

which is now

should be fine now mate.
