Ha I've not been caught speeding three times, got myself breathalised cos I overshot the junction at a roundabout, written off a poor couple's three week old caravan AND my car at the same time, but the so called MAN of the house has!!!

Never been done for speeding. Breathalysed of course. 3 times. But in each case it was some copper using a feeble excuse to help his arrest record. They all failed  Only written one car off and that was because a woman driver pulled out in front of me from a side turning!
That's in 42 years of motoring including driving for a living.

Speed Camaras bring in good revenue for the scuffers http://www.ukspeedcameras.co.uk/ http://www.speedcam.co.uk/van.htm usually fronted with some road safety Campaign "Don`t Drink and Die" remember that one! as for the business with the caravan siobhan Some would argue wether they should be allowed on are roads in the first place  An accident just waiting to happen  Can happen to the best of us : wink:

It wasn't on the road this happened but on a campsite, there was a slight hill, and the grass was a bit wet, hubby, who drives about the same amount of miles as me by the way, was driving way too fast to where our parking spot was, tried to brake but just slid straight into the corner of the brand new caravan. I am so glad the couple were not in it at the time, the bloody thing went flying.
The result of the breath test was negative by the way, but becausse it was boxing day and he overshot the roundabout a bit they decided to stop us, the funny thing was we were already going to stop because my boys needed a wee break LOL.
I have been hit by two other people, both of whom sustained damage to their cars, whilst mine did not LOL, one was a woman and one was a man btw.
