WHy bother?
These buses will run on filtered vegetable oil. No need for nasty chemical and dangerous processes.
Filter the oil nice and fine. Add a bit of petrol to thin it and pour it in. Then, start counting the cash :winks:

I run mine on new veggie oil in the winter as I can't filter, then filtered waste oil in the summer. Almost free fuel

1) I've not been doing it long, only about 4 years  Clive has been using veggie for centuries!!

2)Petrol to oil. Depends on weather. In winter about 20% petrol 80% oil. When it's really cold it then use that mix 70 / 30 with diesel.
In the summer I can get away without petrol or diesel being added, depends on how warm it is.

3)Have a rummage on the Alternatives Fuel Forum on here. There are a couple of ways of doing it :winks:

Can't find the alternative fuels board. Maybe it got left behind when we changed forum software

I'll try to re-post my way of doing it. It isn't the only way of doing it, I'm not even convinced it is the best way to do it, but it works for me.
Give me 10 mins :winks:

i wouldnt offer to buy it off them, only if they wont part with it. i collect all of mine free of charge but i have to also take the empty tins but i have this covered aswell. i have recently found out from another forum that if i can collect 500 empty tins  there worth £40 in scrap  all i have to do is crush them so storage is easier :whistles: my biggest problem is getting rid of the waste after its been filtered.
:cloud9: be carefull what you wish for, you might just get it

One thing I will add, having been caught out...

Never, never, never ever try to run on a mixture of biodiesel and vegetable oil... if the biodiesel isn't properly finished it will start to digest the veg and then you'll get a nasty gloopy mess in your fuel system!

Also discoverd that some of the really cheap sources of bio don't necessarily do the job properly, so as Father Ted says, if you can source it filter your own, then Veggie really is the way to go.
If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to a mountain, "Move from here to there" and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.
