the 3rd row seats are the same on any TCR... 50/50 split
the middle row seat maybe possible to install it "backwards", but I've never tried it... the only possible problem would be the farside armrest that could bump against the nearside trim panel

I believe US versions never got the independent suspension regardless of what option as I've never heard or seen one
